Girls access initiative
The Girls Access Initiative expands access to high-quality basketball development, education, exposure and mentorship experiences for girls who may otherwise face financial barriers to participation.
Through our partnership with Way2Ball, Ball Affects Lives provides financial assistance and community support that helps girls and families participate in women-led basketball experiences designed to develop the whole athlete — on and beyond the court. Check out the community impact report here.
CAMPS, Combines & clinics
Summer camps and ongoing clinics play a vital role in the local impact program. They offer young athletes a chance to further develop their basketball skills under the guidance of experienced coaches and mentors. Beyond the physical aspect, these programs emphasize the importance of dedication, resilience, and self-belief.
ATHLETE TEAM PROGRAMMING
One of the most heartwarming aspects of this program is its commitment to ensuring that every young athlete, regardless of their background, has an opportunity to pursue their passion. Through sponsorships, underprivileged athletes are given the chance to join a basketball team. These sponsorships cover registration fees, uniform, league and coaching costs, removing barriers that might otherwise limit their potential.
